What is Sourdough Pizza?
These are our thin-crust pizzas. Neo-Neapolitan style. Essentially, sourdough is just a different way of making dough that brings a unique tangy flavor to the final baked product. It’s the same ingredients which are required to make your average pizza dough, however the process is more complex since no yeast is added. It simply involves precious time & care through wild yeasts/bacteria during the fermentation process. Our naturally leavened dough creates a distinct texture and taste profile compared to your conventional pizza crusts. These Neo-Neapolitans are built & baked with a lot of love. Trust me, the taste will keep you coming back for more!
